Our frames are made with real pine wood. We expect to see cracks, knots, holes and other imperfections. We believe this brings charm and character to our signs and makes each one truly unique. Our backing is made of recycled material. On the back of every sign we expect to see marks & imperfections that show this sign has already lived a full and happy life! These words are meant to inspire you to work harder every day to reach your dreams. This sign is apart of our Kissel Kollection and was designed by Brett and Cecilia Kissel. This sign also hangs in Brett's home office! Dimensions are: 24" wide by 36" tall. Background color is black Lettering is white Design is silk screened onto painted MDF Framed with stained pine wood Keyhole hanger is set into the back for flush and easy hanging All of our signs are made with 1/2” MDF backing with 5” x 2” stained pine wood frame. We use acrylic paint on all of our products. We create all of our items with a process called silk screening.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All USPS or UPS tracking inquiries should be handled directly with the shipper.

Damaged Goods:

We take great pride in inspecting all inventory before it is shipped out or sold. IF you believe that your item has arrived to you damaged you MUST notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

Returns:

We accept returns for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order. Either brought back to the store within the 7 days, or shipped out by the 7th day.

We accept returns for store credit or exchange ONLY within 8-14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Either brought back to the store within the 14 days, or shipped out by the 14th day.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted for sale items.

All intimates, mixology, and headwear are FINAL SALE.

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or a store credit.

Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with original tags/packaging still attached.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you.

All return requests must be received within the 14 day window (from the date of your package delivery if bought online or in store purchase date), no exceptions will be made.

We highly recommend washing all items before wear. We are not responsible for damages after the wear of any item.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Any gifts purchased in store or online can be exchanged for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customer must present gift receipt with item and item must have tags attached to be eligible for exchange. The store credit will be issued based on the price the item being exchanged is currently marked at, no exceptions will be made.

IF you ordered online and didn't mention you needed a gift receipt for your purchase please reach out to us and we will happily provide one to you.
